Gañafote Sport Events continues to take steps toward a more sustainable management model. The company that organizes the Gañafote Cup has obtained official registration of its carbon footprint for 2025 in the Registry of Carbon Footprints, Offsets, and Carbon Dioxide Absorption Projects of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, after receiving a favorable decision from the Spanish Office for Climate Change.
This recognition attests to the organization's commitment to understanding and reducing the environmental impact of its operations, making sustainability one of the pillars of its growth.
Every year, the Gañafote Cup brings together thousands of players, clubs, and families from different countries. For this reason, the organization works to ensure that the tournament is accompanied by responsible initiatives that help minimize its environmental impact and promote a sport that is increasingly committed to the environment.
With this registration, Gañafote Sport Events takes another step forward in its strategy of continuous improvement, reaffirming its commitment to an event that is growing not only in terms of sports and on the international stage, but also in terms of sustainability.
