Jalisco (México) fue sede de una nueva fase previa de la Gañafote Cup, disputada en la categoría U12 en las instalaciones deportivas de los Diablos de Tesistán. La jornada reunió a jóvenes jugadores de equipos locales en un ambiente muy competitivo. Tras una intensa jornada de fútbol, CEFUT se proclamó campeón de la fase, logrando su clasificación para la fase final del torneo.
