7-A-SIDE FOOTBALL
GAÑAFOTE CUP – REGULATIONS DOCUMENTATION
Before the start of the tournament, each team must complete the online registration form that the organization sends to each club in advance, certifying the details of the names, surnames, ID number and date of birth.
The review of the registration received by the documentation club will be carried out before the start of the championship, although if circumstances require it, the organization may repeat it at any other time.
All players will be identified with the federation license in force, ID card, passport or other official document proving age with photograph.
The players' IDs will be at the Gañafote Cup headquarters for verification.
If any team fields a player who does not meet the requirements set out in the regulations, the team will lose the match by 3 to 0.
NUMBER OF PLAYERS AND SUBSTITUTES
7-a-side soccer: The number of participants in each game will be a minimum of 7 players and a maximum of 18 players.
Changes are limited to two windows in each half, with no limit to the number of players in each window, always with the referee's authorization, with interruption of play and in the central area of the field.
In matches played at straight time, they are limited to two windows in a single part.
Additional substitutions will be allowed for concussion or serious injury, not counting this as a change window, the player suffering the concussion or serious injury, may not rejoin the match or participate in the penalty shootout and, whenever possible, will be accompanied to the locker room or a medical facility.
Any substituted player may re-enter, provided that they have a changeover window and have not suffered a concussion or serious injury.
It is permitted to use a player in several teams of the same club as long as the teams are not in the same category. Under no circumstances may a player play in the competition with two different Clubs.
EQUIPMENT
Each club is obliged to come with at least two numbered playing kits or one kit and one set of numbered bibs.
If before the start of a match the referee considers that the colors of the two teams hardly differ, the team mentioned second in the schedule shall be obliged to change.
All shirts must be properly numbered and the numbers must match the match report.
PLAYING FIELDS
Gañafote Cup has artificial and natural grass of the highest quality.
BALLS
All games will be played with regulation size 4 balls.
COMPETITION SYSTEM
Group Stage
The category PREBENJAMIN 2017 (U8) will be composed of 32 teams and by draw will be formed 8 groups of 4 teams competing in a single round-robin league format.
The category BENJAMIN 2016 (U9) will be composed of 32 teams and by drawing lots, 8 groups of 4 teams will be formed to compete in a single round-robin league format.
The category BENJAMIN 2015 (U10) will be composed of 56 teams and by draw will be formed 14 groups of 4 teams competing in a single round-robin league format.
The category ALEVIN 2014 (U11) will be composed of 34 teams and by draw will be formed 6 groups of 4 teams, and 2 groups of 5 teams, competing in a single round-robin league format.
The category ALEVIN 2013 (U12) will be composed of 80 teams and 16 groups of 5 teams will be formed by drawing lots to compete in a single round-robin league format.
The category FEMALE (U13/U14) will be composed of 12 teams and by draw will be formed 3 groups of 4 teams competing in a single round-robin league format.
Final phase:
The teams will face each other in single elimination matches against the respective teams of their category according to the classification of the group phase. The winning teams will advance in the competition to the next round until the final.
All teams will play a minimum minimum of 4 games.
PLAYING PROGRAM
The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes in the game program, both in terms of schedules and playing fields. Information of the changes will be given to the person in charge of each team and will be uploaded on the official website.
DURATION OF THE MATCHES
All matches in groups of four teams, will have a fixed duration of two halves of 20 minutes throughout the tournament in this category.
Only in case of a serious injury where the referee considers that the match must be stopped, the referee may stop the match. The tournament committee is authorized to alter the duration and schedule if circumstances require it. The intermission of the matches will last 5 minutes and there will be a change of field.
Category 2014 (U11):
In GROUPS G and Hwhich will be made up of 5 teams, the duration of the matches in the GROUP STAGE will be of 30 minutes at full time.
In the matches of FINAL STAGEthe duration will be two 20-minute halves.
Category 2013 (U12):
All matches of GROUP STAGE, SIXTEENTH FINAL, EIGHTEENTH FINAL and QUARTER-ENDThe duration of the matches will be 30 minutes in straight time.
In the matches of SEMIFINAL and FINALthe duration will be two 20-minute halves.
Women's (U13/U14):
All the matches of GROUP STAGEThe duration will be two 20-minute halves.
In the matches of FINAL STAGEthe duration will be two 20-minute halves.
PENALTY KICKS TO DECIDE THE WINNER OF THE MATCH.
Penalty kicks will be taken to break a hypothetical tie in the group.
The teams will take 3 penalty kicks, one at a time, alternately. If there is still a tie, it will go to sudden death. The teams will take a penalty kick alternately until one scores and the other misses.
Each penalty kick shall be taken by a different player registered on the scoresheet (whether or not he is on the field of play at the end of the match). Only after each team member has taken a penalty kick may the players take a second penalty kick. All players, with the exception of the goalkeeper and the player taking the penalty kick, must remain in the center of the field.
PUNCTUALITY
Teams must be ready on the field 15 minutes before each game. In case of no-show of a team, the score will be 3 to 0.
In the case of two no-shows during the tournament, the team will be eliminated directly.
If the delay of the team is due to transportation by the organization, the match will be delayed without taking into account the previous point.
SCORE FOR THE QUALIFICATION PHASE
Match won: 3 points
Tied match: 1 point
Match lost: 0 points
CLASSIFICATION CRITERIA
- PREBENJAMIN 2017 (U8):
The first and second of each group will compete for the GOLDEN STAGE.
The third and fourth of each group will compete for the SILVER STAGE.
- BENJAMIN 2016 (U9):
The first and second of each group will compete for the GOLDEN STAGE.
The third and fourth of each group will compete for the SILVER STAGE.
- BENJAMIN 2015 (U10):
The first of each group and the second of GROUPS K and L, chosen by drawing lots, will play in the PHASE GOLD.
The remaining runners-up from each group and the third place finishers from GROUPS A, C, L and I, selected by drawing lots, will play in the SILVER STAGE.
The remaining third of each group and the fourth of GROUPS B, D, F, K, L and N, chosen by drawing lots, will compete in the BRONZE STAGE. BRONZE PHASE.
The remaining quarters of each group will play in the fair play phase. FAIR PLAY PHASE.
- ALEVIN 2014 (U11):
The first and second of each group will compete for the GOLDEN STAGE.
The third and fourth of each group will compete in the SILVER STAGE.
The two fifth-placed teams will play in the fair play phase. FAIR PLAY PHASE.
- ALEVIN 2013 (U12):
The first and second of each group will compete for the GOLDEN STAGE.
The third and fourth of each group will compete in the SILVER STAGE.
The fifth of each group will play the BRONZE PHASE. BRONZE PHASE.
- FEMALE (U13/U14):
The first of each group, the second and the third of the groups A and B, chosen by lot, will play the PHASE GOLD.
The remaining third of GROUP C and the fourth of each group, chosen by drawing lots, will play in the SILVER STAGE.
- IN CASE OF A TIE BETWEEN TWO TEAMS
This will be resolved in the following order:
Result of the match between the two teams.
Penalty shootout between the teams involved.
- IN CASE OF A TIE BETWEEN MORE THAN TWO TEAMS
This will be resolved in the following order:
- Number of points obtained in the matches played between the teams involved.
- By the highest overall goal difference, taking into account all goals scored and conceded in the course of the competition.
- Number of goals scored in the general classification of the group.
- In case of breaking the tie with the previous criteria of one or two teams and there are still two equal teams, we will go to the individual confrontation.
- Draw.
ARBITRATORS
The referees of the tournament belong to the Andalusian Committee of Referees and will be appointed by the Delegation of Huelva.
They must be there in advance to start each match at the time stipulated in the calendar.
They shall enforce the rules set forth in the GÑF CUP 2025 Competition Regulations, as well as the Laws of the Game established in the current season by the IFAB. Their decisions are final.
As match judges, they will be required to sign the minutes with their first and last names, checking that they are correct with what is reflected therein.
GAÑAFOTE CUP COMPETITION COMMITTEE
The competition committee of the tournament is composed of 3 people, 2 representatives of the organization and tournament director. Protests and claims will be handled by the competition committee and its written decisions cannot be appealed or changed.
PENALTIES
A player sent off for a technical foul such as: holding by the shirt, foul being the last player in an obvious goal scoring play, foul for touching the ball with the goalkeeper's hands outside the area, double caution, etc. will not be punished with a penalty for the next game. In other expulsions such as insulting, kicking, assaulting an opponent, violent behavior, etc. the player will be automatically suspended for the next game and depending on the severity of the action could be sanctioned for several games or expulsion from the championship.
COMPLAINTS
Protests or claims must be delivered by the team delegate in writing to the field director or responsible for the organization no later than 20 minutes after the end of the match. No protests or claims will be accepted for factors related to the refereeing of the match.
RULES OF ORDER
Coaches are responsible for their players in case of damage in locker rooms, hotels, buses or other facilities. Silence must be respected in the hotels between 23:00 and 8:00 hours. Meal times established by the hotel managers must be respected. It is forbidden to travel in the organization's transport without a T-shirt. It is forbidden to bring alcohol or other substances not allowed for children under 18 years of age in the rooms. The organization will only act ex officio in the purely sporting field, except in cases where material damage occurs in sports facilities, accommodations, buses, or similar, where it may punish the offender in particular or the team in general, depending on the severity of the facts or property affected, and may even expel the team from the competition.
DATA BASE
All participants are obliged to fill in the data protection form, have it signed by their legal representative and hand it over to the organization before the tournament. Through this form, he/she will give consent to the processing of the data. Participation in the event authorizes the organization of the tournament to use any graphic reproduction of the participants during the tournament.
MODIFICATION
Any circumstance that has not been reflected in the rules, is the sole responsibility of those responsible for the organization, being their decisions unappealable, reserving the right to add, modify, interpret and apply the rules according to their criteria and the needs of each tournament reserves the right to modify these rules for the benefit of the competition.

The category CHILDREN'S CATEGORY 2012-2011 will be composed of 32 teams and 8 groups of 4 teams will be formed to compete in a single round-robin league format.

All teams will play a minimum of 4 matches.
