Returns and Exchanges

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCTS?

Yes, once you have received your products, either at a post office or at your home, you have up to 15 calendar days from the day of receipt to return them or change size. After this period no returns or exchanges will be made.

Changes of model or color have an extra shipping cost of 5.95€.

CHANGE POLICY

To make a size change you must write an email to info@ganafotecup.com attaching the order data, the garment to be changed and the desired size.

WHAT SHOULD YOU CONSIDER WHEN CHANGING SIZE?

Once the change of size has been accepted, the customer will be responsible for delivering the unit to the corresponding delivery person so that the package arrives at Gañafote's offices in perfect condition. In case the products are returned used or damaged, the change will not be managed, or the customer must pay the amount of that pair for the damage caused, in case you have already received the new number that had requested to change.

Gañafote will only manage a free size change, in case the customer for the second time wants to change the size, the model of the products or color, he/she will have to pay 5.95 euros of shipping costs.

In case the customer changes size once and finally does not keep the unit, thus managing a second collection, he/she will have to pay 3,50€ shipping costs.

Remember that if you have placed an order with more than one unit you must change the sizes you want at the same time, otherwise you will have to pay shipping costs.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO CHANGE THE SIZE OF MY GAÑAFOTE?

To change the size of your products you must follow the following procedure:

1. Send an email to info@ganafotecup.com and indicate in the subject line that this is a change.

2. In the body of the email you must include the following information:

Name:

Reference number of your order:

Model and size you have at home:

Model and size you want us to resend:

Shipping address (in case you want to change it):

Indicate if you prefer to deliver it to a post office:

3. Read carefully the email that will be sent to you to manage the size change and follow the steps that will be indicated to make the size change a success.

Once the request has been sent and accepted, the customer will be informed about the process to pick up the package. The customer is responsible for;

1. Pack the box in such a way that it will not be damaged when it is shipped back to Gañafote's offices.

2. Deliver the package to the relevant delivery person or drop it off at a post office.

One courier will pick up the model you wish to return and another will deliver the new size requested. The customer is responsible for repacking the box in such a way that it will not be damaged when returning the unit (by packing the box in a sturdy bag that protects the unit) and delivering the package to the relevant delivery person or to a post office.

WHAT SHOULD YOU CONSIDER WHEN MAKING A RETURN?

In order to manage and admit the return of the products you must take into account the following; The customer is responsible for the package to be returned is delivered to the appropriate delivery person or post office that undertakes to deliver to arrive in perfect condition to its destination.

Once the package is received at the office, it will be checked and verified that it has been returned in perfect condition. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 7 days from receipt of the package in the office.

Shipping costs will not be reimbursed in any case as it is the cost of the courier company.

The customer will NOT be refunded if the returned product is used or stained. In that case Gañafote will contact the customer to inform him about the state in which the package has arrived.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO RETURN MY GAÑAFOTE?

The shipping costs for the collection of a returned Gañafote are included in the purchase. To return your Gañafote you must follow the following procedure:

1. Send an email to info@ganafotecup.com and indicate in the subject line that it is a return.

2. The body of the email should include the following information:

Model and size you want to return:

Name of the person who made the purchase:

Reason for your return:

3. Read carefully the mail that will be sent to you for the return and follow the steps that will be indicated to make the return a success.

Once the request has been sent and accepted, the customer will be informed about the process to pick up the package. The customer is responsible for;

1. Pack the box in such a way that it will not be damaged when it is shipped back to Gañafote's offices.

2. Deliver the package to the relevant delivery person or drop it off at a post office.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after a period of 15 days, nor will returns be accepted if the products are used, stained or broken.

Once the products are received at the office, they will be checked and verified that they are in good condition in order to make the refund, which will be made within a maximum period of 7 working days. In case the unit is returned used, broken or stained, no refund will be made.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS?

Gañafote this year is shipping to Italy, France and Germany, shipping costs will be 15 euros.

In the event that a customer living in one of these countries wants to return a product, he/she will have to pay for the pick up, 15€ + 6€ for the pick up at home, i.e. 21€.

On the other hand, if you wish to change your size, you will have to pay for the collection, 15€ + 6€, together with the new shipment 15€, that is to say, a total of 36€.

The new model will be sent once the change has been received at the Gañafote office.
