El torneo reunió a 32 equipos procedentes de distintos puntos de Andalucía y de la provincia de Cádiz, con la participación de 480 jugadores de categoría Alevín. El Atlético Sanluqueño Club de Fútbol se proclamó campeón tras una emocionante final frente al Burreños A.D., decidida en la tanda de penaltis, logrando así su clasificación directa para la fase final en Huelva.
